LashPals Academy Mentorship
Guided support while you learn and launch your lash career
The LashPals Academy Mentorship is designed for students who are currently completing or have recently completed Classic Lash Foundations and want continued guidance as they develop their lash skills. Instead of learning alone, mentorship members receive biweekly support, technique feedback, and business guidance as they practice and prepare to work with real clients. This program helps bridge the gap between learning lash theory and becoming a confident lash artist.

What the Mentorship Includes
- Biweekly mentorship sessions — Ask technique questions, discuss challenges, receive feedback on lash work, troubleshoot retention, learn how to improve. Submit videos or photos for review.
- Lash set reviews — Submit photos for critique (isolation quality, attachment technique, map balance, curl selection, weight safety).
- Practice & skill development guidance — Improving isolation speed, attachment corrections, practice strategies for mannequin training, preparing for live models, reducing application time.
- Business foundations — Setting prices, promoting services, attracting good clients, conducting consultations.
Optional 1:1 Mentorship Sessions
Private sessions for deeper support: technique troubleshooting, lash set critiques, retention issues, portfolio review, business strategy. Example topics: why lashes aren’t lasting on certain clients; improving isolation; correcting uneven sets; building an Instagram portfolio; attracting lash clients.
Mentorship Membership Pricing
Monthly membership: $59/month
- Two mentorship sessions per month
- Opportunity to submit lash sets for review
- Technique troubleshooting and business Q&A
Students can remain as long as they find it helpful.
Optional 1:1 Private Sessions
- 30-minute session — $59
- 60-minute session — $110
Option to submit videos or photos prior to the session for guidance. Book through the scheduling platform.
Typical progress with mentorship: improvement in isolation technique, attachment precision, confidence in mapping, application speed, confidence with clients, and business skills. Mentorship helps students move from learning → practicing → confident lash artist.
You can also purchase a bundle that includes 3 months of mentorship with a kit as another option.
